12 ounce can - $2.49 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
BORN ON (tiny print, a little hard to make out) 0*/*8/19.
Appearance: Pours a softly haze, light pale yellow body with an inch of airy, white suds. Light lacing.
Smell: White loaf bread, a thread of grain studded doughiness. Freshly floral, lemon-lime citrus and a bit of tropical fruitiness.
Taste: A soft, cushiony malt bill -- crustless white bread, slender wheat, maybe a touch of oat. Lightly sweet. Springtime bouquet, a squirt of citrus juices and a distant munch from a pineapple. The can establishes the IBU's at a punchy 62, but it feels much more, again, I'll use the word "soft," as it fits best. Very sheer touch of resin with some slight florals, citrus on the dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Embodies a mouthfeel one could describe as being soft.
Overall: Feels more at home with some of the newer, contemporary pale ales one sees these days. Still though, nice brew.

From a 12 oz can poured into a snifter.
Look: Poured a bright straw yellow, slightly hazy on the initial pour. Clears as the pour settles.
Smell: Not much on the nose, some citrus, pineapple, bright hop.
Taste: Light bodied ipa, clean and crisp. Nice floral hops, pineapple, citrus.
Feel: Light; crisp, medium carbonation.
Overall: a solid offering from Jekyll. They’ve been stepping up their game lately. A solid one leaning more toward the Pale Ale than an ipa. Would pick up another sixer for a nice change from the hop bombs in the fridge.
