Pretty pedestrian as far as pale ales go. Off color and hazy. A lot of extract after taste. Thinking it might be the hood. Seems like it could’ve been a great beer back in the day, but pretty meh given the regional breweries and quality of beers nearby.

Taster at Redbeard. Pale yellow pour, paper thin head, solid lacing. Light citrusy aroma. Taste is grainy, biscuity with soft citrusy notes. Thin with a fast finish.
