pours jet black, thick tan colored head. wonderful espresso coffee aroma - roasty, nutty, earthy, a little fruitiness. similar flavor, tons of coffee flavor with a little bit of sweet finish in the middle but finishes drier. fuller bodied, slick smooth feel. Overall this is a very good coffee stout
