just my second ever beer from these guys but its a nice one, way better than its word art looking packaging leads on, a neat surprise and a refreshing beer when ice cold, a flavorful one when a little warmer, very professionally done. they call this german, and while it doesnt drink like an import, that seems mostly correct, light like that, hopped up in the right places, european malt is evident too, but on the other hand its neutral in some respects and frankly quite light, american lager-esque in some amount as well, not a knock, this is clean and good. blonde and basic looking with fine clarity and a slightly shorter than it could be head, but it looks alright. aroma is a bit more robust than the taste but they do the same thing, subtle german pils malt in with what seems like almost faintly toasted grain, some real developed cereal character, floral noble type hops, familiar lager yeast well deployed, nice balance, fairly assertive hops and they present as fresh to me, late bitterness but its not out of place, a little grassy without being vegetal as it warms, nice with the biscuit hint in the malt, and overall pretty well refined, large bubble size to the carbonation makes it snap and pop, and not thin in body either. drinkable beer here, i think a nice gateway type craft beer that would appeal to a macro lager drinker, like its not so german that it would be foreign to that demographic, but it leans that way while staying easy. four season pils with wide appeal.

Recommend by the waiter, who was very knowledgeable and certainly helped his establishment's cause with this customer.
As a pilsner, wow, stop the presses, cuz this one Rocks.
Almost clear and straw to lightly tan in color with a good look in the glass.
There's a flavor explosion, amazingly hoppy with a light straw and grassy malty backbone that should be the benchmark for the style.
Overall: amazing
