Pours a murky medium brown color with a white head and some lace. The aroma has notes of wheat, hops, and a bit of earth. The flavor follows suit with wheat, fresh tasting hops, and earthy yeast character. Lightly acidic, as the bartender at the brewery pointed out. The beer drinks like a hoppy german dark wheat beer, and it was very enjoyable. Easy to drink, well balanced if not a little bitter. Worth drinking a pint of from time to time.
