Copper light hue. Big head is gone wuick. Some bubbles. Smells like a sweet hay wine and some type of dried fruit. Tastes er similar to LFdM, but a bit yeasteier, bahnahhnahh, and a more lingering end. Got a little clove taste I think. Full body. Heavy. Lots of bubbles. Overall very pleased. Got a growler.

Appearance: Arrives with a pale amber color capped by an inch of foam; a few streaks of lace linger

Smell: Banana, wheat bread and a hint of candi sugar

Taste: Banana and wheat bread, up front, with a modest amount of sweetness and herbal elements building through the middle; the hops keep the sweetness in check through the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A nice twist on Le Fin du Monde, with a bit less alcohol and sweetness that makes this particularly approachable

Pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma smells like cotton candy, banana, clove and all because of the esters from the Belgian yeast strain. The flavor is more of the same, green banana, citrus, floral and herb coming through nicely. Candi sugar, belgian yeast, leafy hops and just enough bitterness. Full bodied and decent balance. Overall, a good strong Belgian ale I'd say this is a tripel. Pretty nice.
