Pour is black with a tight tan head. Nose is light bourbon, hint of wood, faint roast, some brown sugar and a touch of caramel. A bit light but pretty well balanced nose. Taste is a hint sweeter, bourbon is very faint, a bit more toasted wood, some dark malt richness, caramel, faint of roasty. Finish fets a touch sweet, feel is a bit slick. Well carbonated, fairly dry finish. Pretty decent.

32 oz growler courtesy of uvm2003 pours a near black color with an ample, dense and creamy tan head. Nice retention and a little lace. Good looker.

Nice nose - marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers...well then, a veritable s'mores right here in a glass. A hint of grassy hops is there as well.

Taste is great as well, a nice chocolate presence without being too sweet. Not roasty per say, but has enough dryness from the hops. Very soft and creamy. Rich and satisfying...really good beer here.

Brewed in celebration of Steve and Dyana's 10th anniversary. Happy anniversary!

Pours very dark with a strong tan head. The brown sugar is there more than the honey. I was told both were added early on, so a lot of it was cooked out. What is left is an earthy tone of both that gives a very nice accent on an overall nicely robust porter. This is really a nice beer. Steve continues to show his brewing prowess with beers like this. Glad I got over before work and grabbed it when it was released.
