Copied from the email of the brewery: Belgian wit spiced with coriander, fresh ginger, sweet orange peel and a pinch of star anise. Steve brewed this wit in hopes of coaxing out the Sun's heat a little sooner this year. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and star anise complementing the high presence of sweet orange and ginger. The name comes from Maori folklore of how Maui tamed the Sun into staying longer in the sky so that mortals could enjoy longer days.
