Looks like a traditional kolsch. A little less activity in the gas. Smells very floral with detectable citrusness. Tastes hoppy and lemonny; not very Kolsch like, missing the biscuity malt character I look for in Kolschbier. Has great carbonation and smooth drinking. Overall not a bad beer, just not very Kolsch like.
