An IPA with the addition of rye, Centennial and Michigan Cascade hops from Hop Head Farms. Hints of marmalade and mint from the hops and spice from the rye. Finishes with a firm bitterness

Copper golden color. Hazy too. Nice foamy head and slow lacing. Smells of hops and a grainy rye bite. Tastes more of a malt and hop and rye blend. Very well balanced in my opinion. The hops meet up front, the malt washes over smooth and mellow, then the rye comes in for a nice bite and mildly spiced taste. Some lingering flavor that isnt deterring, but nice reminder of what you mjst sipped. Very well done rye beer. One of the better ones ive had in a long time.
