Pours a hazed straw color with a white soapy head that leaves sheets of lace. Aroma of dusty wheat and green banana, a bit sugary as well. In the taste, green banana and a hint of herb. Interesting fresh tasting wheat. Herbal with green unripe fruit notes. Mild bitterness and leafy hop notes. Overall, this is a refreshing new wheat beer from Roundabout. Give this one a try, it's different.

Cascade hops from Pederson's Farm in Seneca Lake, NY.
I love the look of this beer. It's fully cloudy, but looks like the perfect example of a wheat beer, if not for the color. Nose seems minimal, though I feel like I do get some hop oils off of there. Flavor carries that oily fresh hop character that I enjoy. It was similar with the wet-hopped Still Summer Saison. I get an earthy wheat character off this, but not too strong of one. Could carry a bit more noticed wheat really. Feel has a biting carbonation. A real easy drinker and clear session ale, at least for me. Not the strongest in the wheat department, but a solid beer.
