@ Sub Noir

"Dry-hopped Belgian sour ale"

Foggy orange-amber, almost no head other than a few wisps. Noticeably hoppy sour aroma with some floral and fruity hops. Very sour in the mouth, losing the hops for the most part, though some grapefruit and melon sweetness remains creating a sour fruit quality. Dry, acidic, and puckering.

Quite the sour kick in the teeth. Could definitely takes some cues from Le Terroir in regards to blending the sour and the hops to create more balance and drinkability. Right now, things are pretty overwhelmingly sour and the hops can't add much color to the mix. I like what I'm seeing so far in the sour department from Sub Noir though.
