500ml bottle:
Dark caramel amber with a huge foamy head that's cream-white, staring about 4cm tall & steadily increasing - far too much carbonation for me but it does leave a lot of nice lacing on the sides. The nose is is a slightly stronger than normal hefeweizen one, lots of banana sweetness & bubblegum like notes with a faint alcohol base, some touches of apple, figs & sweet malts; a variety of different aromas throughout. It's a very similar taste, lots of sweet fruits, banana, bubblegum, figs & caramel malts with a fairly decent balance too. The body is very strongly carbonated, lively & slightly effervescent but definitely a little overdone; there a strong sweetness to it throughout as well.
