Tasted on tap at Matanza Beer Kitchen in Albuquerque.
A beautiful beer, light golden in color and crystal clear with a fluffy white head. Much more like a Czech pilsner than a wit in appearance. Faint aromas seem similar to a wit but give a hint of tartness. Light sourness overlaid on low wheat beer flavors. Moderate Brett. horse blanket in the finish. Light, smooth, refreshing and very easy to drink.

On-tap at Duel Brewing, Albuquerque, NM
A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of orange peel are present in the nose along with hints of wheat.
T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of orange peel along with notes of wheat. No sourness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and nice and orangey, but I didn't get any sourness and it tasted more like a traditional witbier.
Serving type: on-tap
