A: medium brown in color with a tan head.
S: spice, hops, and toasted oak and vanilla.
T: big hit of bourbon up front, with notes of vanilla, then a big bitter hoppy hit. Earthy with notes of dark chocolate.
M: Merlin in body with moderate carbonation, and a dry finish.
O: a bit bitter for me, I'd prefer a little smoother brew.
