got my howler filled while on vacation with the misses.
Appearance- from a hardy pour it's a hazy straw color with some transparency. super frothy white head that leaves some good lacing.
Aroma- orange and lemon mingling perfectly together. maybe some coriander notes too.
Flavor- like the smell but not as strong when it comes to flavor. light biscuit malt. abv is well hidden. extremely light floral hop notes that blend with the citrus pretty well.
Mouthfeel- light/medium bodied. good carbonation.
Drinkability- easily crushable.
Overall- as a hophead I usually never stray too far from ipa's but I was feeling something different. I've had this on tap at their establishment last year when they were running this through orange peels and it was good (not as good as their coconut porter run through coconut but still pretty good). this brewery I feel makes everything great but ipa's. I would easily drink this than a oberon or some other summer wheat. ipa's and having too many low alcohol beers is what they need to work on. other than that I say give them a try. they should can this for the summer. for the style it's pretty good.
