Well, what are you gonna get in Gillette WY. I tried the Gridiron Pale and t.he SOB2. The Gridiron is a pale ale that might have been pretty good except for a very noticeable off flavors on the back end. The SOB2 is a "double" IPA without the hop profile or any malt complexity. They have been open for three years. You think the beers would be better by now. Oh well....Gillette WY. Maybe some of the less hop forward beers are better. I didn't try any. Food is good.

Atmosphere - this place is huge with TVs to match all over. There is a happy balance to having TVs in beer bars.
Quality - this is tough because they just opened, but this plays into service for me too as the server either didn't pour the beer with any head or the carbonation levels aren't good.
Service - when they state "let me tell you about our beers" and proceed to tell me the types they have I may be spoiled, but I was hoping to hear a bit more. I can read the tap handles, what is special about your beers...
Selection - seven beers on tap and they just opened. Impressive, but maybe spending more time on a select few would have paid dividends
Pale ale was by far my favorite beer. Wheat pale was a close second.
