While I missed the brewery itself, I did get to try a couple. This was my second, with fresh notes.
This is a dark IPA, beyond amber to more of a red-orange, bright and completely clear. The head is a creamy cap of foam just less than one finger tall. It holds its form well and drops down mostly patching.
Malts are pale, light and dry as well as having a bit of caramel. Hops are light as well, mostly grassy with a hay-like note to the nose. I'd say that in keeping it sessionable, maybe the brewers haven't mastered the finesse. Still, it's decent, though a tad grainy.
Malts are a bit stronger, still a little dry but not as much as the nose since more caramel comes out. It's grassy and herbal with a touch of black pepper in a noble hops-like bitterness. Interestingly, it's also a hint buttery underneath.
The mouthfeel's leaning on the lighter side of medium. It's clean, crisp and bright, but it does thin out just at the end of the sip. A tea-like dryness builds gently.

Poured a murky copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured cereal malts and a light grassy hop.
The taste consisted of clean caramel malts with a light herbal hop spice. There was a touch of diactyl at the finish.
The mouthfeel was toward the lighter side of the style.
Overall a tasty sessionable English style IPA.
