This amber wheat ale has the maltiness of an amber ale and the body of a wheat beer. The subtle hops flavor and aroma make this beer a wonderful addition to out line!

Served on tap at the brewery into a 16 oz (473 ml) conical pint glass.
A: Pours a clear, red-amber color with a half inch, light tan head, modest retention and lacing.
S; Aromas of caramel and white pepper.
T: Palate follows the nose, although leaning more to the molasses side of caramelization. Spicy with moderate to strong bitterness really setting it apart from most Wheat Beers. Made me question whether Rye was a adjunct based on color and flavor.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: A delicious, distinct American Amber Wheat Ale.
