Served on tap into a snifter
A- Poured a semi-cloudy golden color with fluffy white head that left chunky lace.
S- Very sweet aroma of cherry, medicinal notes, honey, and light Belgian yeast. A little too sweet for my liking.
T- Big honey, floral notes, slightly medicinal, cherry, light Belgian yeast, and a carrot flavor. Overall quite sweet.
M- Full bodied, sticky, pretty big warming, and mostly dry finish.
O- Overall this beer was a little too sweet and medicinal for my palate. The mouthfeel was pretty heavy for the ABV too, it drank bigger than it was.
