Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a dark brown with lots of reddish hues shining though, very minimal off-white head that left no lace.
S- This smells like an oatmeal raisin cookie with lots of roasted coffee, malt, and chocolate in the aroma.
T- BIg oatmeal raisin cookie flavor, lots of roasted coffee and roasted malt, big chocolate notes, and some light cinnamon notes. Lots of sweetness in the flavor profile but never cloying.
M- Prickly carbonation, quite smooth and creamy, lighter bodied for the style, but the drinkability is off the charts.
O- Very flavorful stout that is among the best breakfast stouts that I have had. Really complex, unique, and highly sessionable for the style.
