Can from Boise Co-op. Hazy, milky yellow, soft foamy head. Light fruity, citrus, bready aroma. Taste is also subdued, light grainy flavor, mild juicy notes, minimal bitterness. Quite refreshing though, nice summer beer.

Smells fruity as you'd like and has a nice finishing bite to it, not too bitter, not too sweet-, which overly sweet beer does for beer what the Jonestown Kool-Aid did for kids' drinks. I'd recommend letting the foam settle before taking another pinch, the flavor changes almost completely from first dip!

a great pale ale here, at least on tap, and one of the best beers i have had from hop valley to date. its super light and low alcohol, but i dont believe this to be one of the trendy new low calorie offerings, it certainly doesnt seem to be missing its soul like all of those. its very pale, slightly hazy yellow in color with a patchy white layer of big bubbles on top. the hops are awesome in this, kind of a mosaic vibe, light and juicy, pineapple and generic citrus, very minimally bitter to me, subtle white grape, kiwi fruit, and ripe honeydew melon too, really soft, springy, kind of herbal, and good. you can also tell its not just pale barley in the grain base, which i think makes this for me, wheaty for sure, maybe even some oats, uncommon in a pale like this, but it lets the beer be low alcohol but retain some body, and i thought this was smooth and light but still with some texture, great with the hop profile too. juicy and dry, fast finishing and quenching and refreshing, not over hopped at all, and well carbonated. i thought overall this was delicious, well made, distinctive, and crushable warm weather beer. some of their best work, certainly underrated here on BA. id rip a dozen of these right now...

12 oz single bottle from Fred Meyer in S.Salem OR
$1.59
Pours a dull hazy yellow with a gorgeous thick and frothy white head.
Aromas of juicy citrus and herbl hops..little from the malt side.
Taste has more of a bitter orange rind thing to it..get a bit of biscuit from the malt.but the flavor seems to evaporate after that..weird.
Mouthfeel is fine enough well carbonated and medium thin..OK for drinking in quantity.
An "OK" beer..but kinda boring.

I had this on tap at Coors Field in Denver, and they advertised it as a hazy blonde ale, for what that's worth. I'd say it was more of a hazy APA, kind of splitting the difference between that claim and the label, which does indeed call this a pale ale. Either way, it was pretty good, sessionable and mellow but with a bit of a juicy flavor to it. They seem to be a very IPA-heavy brewery, and each of the other three offerings they had that night were IPAs, so I'd like to see them branch out some more.

Pours a slight hazed golden color. smell and taste was citrus fruit with sweet caramel baked bread. Higher carbonation on this with a watered down session ale taste.

Bought a 6-pack cans $8.99 Don Quijote
Smell of citrus hops
Hazy light golden with a tinge of amber color
Light mouthfeel
Medium carbonation
Citrus flavors with some bitterness
Overall a nice clean APA. Not exceptional, but a great as a session beer. Would buy again.

12 oz. Can
BB: OCT 29 2018

Poured into a tulip a nice cloudy yellow color, with some nice carbonation, with a nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, peach). The taste is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, peach). Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a tasty brew. A nice thirst quencher.
