A TRUE NORTHWEST IPA. TWO-ROW AND MUNICH MALTS LAY THE GROUNDWORK FOR A SIMPIE, MEDIUM-BODIED MALT PROFILE, WHILE A COMBINATION OF NORTHWEST AND SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE HOPS ADD A TROPICAL CITRUS BOUQUET.

Poured at 52 degrees. Part of a “Mix Six” variety pack. Box was stamped “10Mar26” yet can was stamped “Best By Mar 15 26”. Thanks Tilray…
Look: Remarkable. Clear amber with a high white head that has excellent retention and leaves outstanding lacing.
Smell: Nice hops but quite light.
Taste: Definitely old. No where near the 90 IBU bomb that it was supposed to have been. Lots of malt. Tasty fruit mix of citrus and berry. Hops are only present at the finish.
Feel: Full in the mouth with medium carbonation.
Overall: This has held up pretty well, just wish that Tilray hadn’t deceived me with their dating bullshit. However, I’d definitely recommend this brew.

Smell:
Cracked the can it smelled like soap... I guess that's floral aroma... I mean it wasn't bad... Back to the aroma I smell peach.... What about that taste?
Taste: that first little taste... Foaming aroma off the top Munich Malt, check!
Alpha acidic... Check.... That's a pretty good start... How does it look? Check it out below...
Now back to the taste... A touch of honey and that grainy Munich malt... That's structure
Look: heavy pour into my 20 oz tasting mug.... We're going to come back to the aroma.... But for now Golden color leaning towards Orange... Foam faded quickly, but is leaving lacing there's some structure from the malt that is clear... And just a little Haze consistent with that protein structure... Back to the aroma... Back to the look we added additional head... Retains well this time... Adding to the original lacing... Time to assess the mouth feel...
Mouthfeel: this is not your old school Pacific Northwest it's a little sweet a little nutty little malty but definitely alpha acid well balanced... This plays very American... Delicious and unique!
Overall: impressed I bought a mix six two of these two with a grapefruit called citrus mitrus and anova zentari easy IPA... At 7.2 the alcohol is hidden but this beer has structure it has taste it has character... It has sweetness a touch of honey... This Brew delivers

Used to drink this beer more often years ago. I think I may still have a can. I like this beer; it has a medium ABV and flavorful hop presence.

Orange, lace, all dat, smell is wet hops, tsste is grassy, light, shockingly 7.2%, drinks like a 5% homebrew. Bitter and malty, too sweet. Pretty standard, otherwise, forgettable

12-pack of cans. Pours a pale gold color with a thin bubbly white head. A mild fruity aroma. The flavor is well balanced with a light sweet bread flavor. Clean finish with a mildly bitter aftertaste. A nice IPA.

Look is nothing too interesting. Has some small head, some lacing, and a cloudy golden color that resolves itself to a standard beer color for the IPA style. Honey, hops, and light tropical fruits dominate the smell. The mouthfeel is light with a syrupy quality, though. The taste is not quite as good as the smell or mouthfeel. It's just a bit one dimensional in its maltiness--the hops, as the head shows, are now that strong here. Overall, not bad for the price. You get what you pay for.

Look: Almost clear burnt orange with a lively pure white head that forms and settles to a nice lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Sweet orange, pomelo, mixed berries, some pine, and bready and slightly sweet malt
Taste: A huge citrus fruit punch hits hard and fast and is followed by a strong, resinous hop flower note along with some pine sap. Bready malt holds the backbone but lets the hops shine and finishes with very strong pine and lightly citrus hop bite
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick, medium-high carbonation, and quite dry on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This beer is, has been, and hopefully always will be exactly what it started out as – a throwback West Coast IPA. All the pine/citrus hops, a good malt base, and strong bite and dryness on the finish. One of my go-to’s when I want classic WCIPA hop goodness and high bitterness/dryness for a reasonable price

Picked up as part of the Hop Mixer 12 pack from TW Arrowhead 3-17-20 for $1.17 per bottle. Best by 6-20-20; consumed 5-22-20. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden orange with a beautiful white head that has some great hang time.
Nose is subdued with hints of citrus and stone fruits.
Taste is set up by a sweet but not cloying medium pale malt base that has a generous hopping tinged with orange, grapefruit, and peach. Finishes with a pleasant bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly refreshing and smooth.
Overall this beer takes me back to how IPA's were 7-10 years ago with the residual sugar offset by ample hopping; in this case 90 IBU's. Likable beer that is budget friendly.
