Remember the can and name. Don't remember anything else but gave it a pretty good rating so must have been decent.

Can pour - murky dark orange juice, short white head leaving scattered lacing. Nose is rather sweet and fruity with hints of pine. Taste follows more or less. Sweetness lingers on the finish. Nothing to see here, move along.

Stash Bandicoot pours a slightly hazy, copper color with a small but long-lasting head. The aroma is earthy. The flavor is first earth-forward, then a nice mellow, fruity sweetness. GOod feel. It's an okay beer with a nice finish, a little sweeter and fruitier.

12 oz can enjoy by date May 19, 2024 into a Becker glass.
L: SRM 5-6 Pours a yeast-hazed glowing amber color with a 1/4" semi-flat eggshell white head that has good retention, low fine carbonation, scattered medium lacing with light banding, some light sediment in suspension.
S: Caramelized malts, tropical fruits, hard candy, a hint of plum.
T: A fruit medley of citrus, pink grapefruit, apricot, a touch of berries, candy sugar, caramelized malts, distant fruit bread at the end. Not much linger and finishes cleanly.
F: Lightly brisk & smooth medium-bodied feel with an affably plump middle and a med-short finish that is gently drying. Becomes very smooth, almost creamy with warming.
O: Fairly sweet which is par for the style, smooth & a bit tropical tasting. It borders on being a little bit juicy but the dry-ish finish balances it out. Very pleasant tasting and is excellent in its style.

a brilliantly named beer for these guys, and their fourth different can ive tackled this evening, been awhile since checking in with them, well i guess i had one during the superbowl, but here we go. always cryo hops, they must have some promotional deal on that, but this one features a few varietals including the little talked about ahtanum, dont sleep on that. oddly malty for what it is, less than real fresh this can is, and also, 8% abv is a nice spot to be for this style, we dont need to run these ipa types much past this, pleased with what feels like a drinkable beer, despite somewhat intense hop flavors. i can imagine better freshness, but this still has a lot of malt, past balanced to almost old school even though the hop products are modern. past honey colored to almost amber, some body, some froth, and like all of these tonight, some confectioners sugar sweetness to the whole thing, ive not noticed that before as an attribute of cryo, but maybe it is, or maybe hop valley is doing something, its like a house flavor thats not yeast derived and leaves sugar on my palate every sip, at first not an issue but now a thing for me, wouldnt mind it probably if this were my first, but its not, and its starting to seem cloying. weedy, bitter enough, not really showing any characteristics of the industry standard hazy, i mean its a little cloudy but its reddish, its obviously dry hopped but its bitter too, and the grain softness i seek in the style is absent, this is a cooked sort of barley profile, just okay. it gets worse as it warms as most of these have, pine and some exposed alcohol. i can think of a bunch of breweries that make a million ipa types that all have their own personality, even in this region, e9, great notion, revision, but these have a little too much of a common thread between them. not bad, but pedestrian in the context of their whole book, and the parameters of what others are achieving in this style space...

A lot of pine and pineapple all the way through, nice scent, extremely bitter... But it says a lot that the best part of this beer is it's drinkability while being at 8%

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus hops with slight tropical notes. Tastes of sharp citrus with nice tropical notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Appearance: Hazy gold, ok head.
Smell: Oxidized, pineapple.
Taste: Moderate sweetness, fruit cocktail flavor. Low bitterness.
Overall: Third beer from the mixed Imperial IPA pack that turned out to be 6 months old. Another decent DIPA, didn't taste old despite the smell. I'd give these beers another chance if they had dates on the outside of the packaging.

12oz can. Best by date stamped on can bottom is 'OCT0923'.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Two finger white head, which recedes to a fluffy cap. Leaves behind rings of lacing.
Aroma is mostly citrus and tropical - orange and mango, with a little red berry.
Taste is mango, orange, apricot, and red berry. Kind of sweet. Bready malt base. Bitterness level is very low.
Medium mouth feel. Soft texture. Slight tongue burn. Very good carbonation.
Fruit flavors are getting close to overripe status. Artificial or rather manipulated taste.
