Remember the can, purchased at Safeway about 18 - 24 months ago and kept it about 2 months before drinking it. Remember all that but not what it tasted like. 58 IBUs

Stovepipe can poured into a pint
A- pours a clear golden color with a one finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- candied orange peel, pine, caramel, red berries
T- fruity hop notes up front of orange peel, red berries & a hint of apricot. Mid-palate gives a caramel malty sweetness. The finish gives more citrusy hops with a malt sweet linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish

Clear yellow amber brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Sprightly on the tongue. Sweet fruit is the taste but a crisp finish. flavors of apricot dosed with lemon peel. This is actually quite drinkable with the moderate bitterness of the hops. Loads of fruit, though, but a pleasant stems and seeds tang to balance the sugar. From the 19.2 oz stovepipe purchased at the local small town market for something over three dollars.

Drank from cans at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle at the Phish shows. Big ass can of reasonably tasty IPA did the trick even if it was ridiculously pricey.

Pours a clear, golden color with a nice white froth that dissipated to tight frothy bubbles that cling to the glass. The aroma is a pleasant floral melon and honey. The taste is similar with a lean towards ripe honeydew melon, a tad more on the sweet side, although the finish is bitter. Nothing too dank or piney, definitely not as fruity hoppy as the local Seattle area favorites, a good change of pace, I’d take this 19 oz one over many of the other offerings at the local gas station, pretty good.

19.2oz can dated Jul1722. Served in a tapered pub glass. Brilliant gold color with the slightest bit of hazing, and a nice white foam on top. NIce fresh floral hop aroma. Flavor is really something else, much more fruit-forward, with bitter melon, maybe some kiwi, unripe papaya? Those are not my favorite fruits, and especially not in an IPA. Maybe it's a really unique take on a New England IPA, or just an experimental IPA style. At 58 IBU and 7% ABV it would be pretty easy to drink, if I didn't find the flavor so off-putting.
Mistakenly picked this up because I thought it was on sale for $2.99 rather than $5.99 for the single. I'm rarely impressed by Cryo hops, and I've never been impressed by Hop Valley. I guess they do not rock my boat.

Clear pale gold with three fingers of white head. Rings of lace appear as the levels recede.
Smell is fruity and bready.
Taste is citrus and tropical fruit bready malts. Some light dankness and a touch of pine.
Mouthfeel is light and well carbonated. The finish is smooth and balanced.
Overall an easy drinking big IPA. Best by date is 06/22/2022.

Poured from 19.2oz tall can into a dimpled mug. Best by 6/28/22.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thick finger of pillowy eggshell foam atop. Not too bad lookin' at all.
Smell: some fruity tropical aroma, along with a bit of dankness. Quite sweet, and not necessarily super juicy, but nicely tropical.
Taste: sweetly malty with a little bit of dank hops. The hops are not really enough to overcome the big sweetness of this beer. It's not terrible, but it's nothing special.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer is meh. Not really of great appeal to me.
