12 oz. bottle from a six pack bought from Roth's Fresh Market. West Salem OR.
$9.99 a sixer.
Pours a dark coco-cola style brown body with a lovely and lasting tan head.
Aroma is of semi-dark chocolate and medium coffee beans, slight aroma of dark dried figs. Nice.
Taste bitter dark malts. Coffee, dark chocolate and a slight after burn of dankish hops.
Mouth feel is medium low body and medium to high carbonation. Dry finish.
Nicely drinkable regular PNW porter. Very similar to Black Butte.
