Beam me up, Hop Valley! We found the easiest IPA in the galaxy.
Brewed for Alpha Centauri lovers on more chill interstellar missions, our newest star Nova Centauri clocks in at just 4.2% ABV--but don't let that fool you. It's loaded with citrus, tropical fruit, and pine notes for hop flavor that's light-years ahead.

Can stamped “10Mar26” just like the box. Only non-expired beer from the “Mix Six”.
Look: Translucent yellow with a high white head that has tolerable retention and leaves decent lacing.
Smell: Light hops with fruit. Mostly orange.
Taste: Citrusy with some “easy” hoppiness coming through.
Feel: Medium in the mouth with medium carbonation. A tad watery.
Overall: Decent brew, but nothing special. I prefer the two outdated beers of the “Mix Six” over this one. I wouldn’t recommend this beer but it’s certainly not bad.

Look: light straw not quite golden... A little hop haze... Clearly looks like and even when poured aggressively, head forms and retains on the glass, but at the expense of low carbonation.
Smell a clean citrus smell, hop aroma, with really no distinct bitterness
Taste: there's a fair amount of taste a lot going on .. . Absence of malt presents... Body feels thin...the FG feels low... ABV also clearly low..
Mouthfeel: a little light mellow and acidic. FG feels low, ABV feels low... This is clearly a light version
Overall:
Probably an easy drinker... Not particularly satisfying especially after... Other products produced by the same..
