Served on tap into a pilsner glass.
A- Poured a medium golden color, very clear with lots of streaming carbonation, frothy bright white head left glass coating lace. This looks like a great pilsner, but the color is very light for a vienna lager.
S- Big sweet breadiness, toffee, and red maize notes. Pretty aromatic and pleasant aroma.
T- Big bready notes, toffee, caramel, and red maize notes. Some pilsner malt notes, slightly lemony.
M- Quite crisp, dry, refreshing, and highly carbonated.
O- A very nice, refreshing, and flavorful lager. Not sure how traditional this is to the Vienna Lager style, it resembles it some ways but would never be my guess for the style if I was drinking this blind.
