Bottle around 6 months old : Slightly veiled straw color with moderate activity. Foamy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with poor legs but decent lacing. Flavors of apples, pears, lemon, soft wild yeast, coriander, honey, sweet grains and floral hops. Slick and smooth medium to full body with a light crisp. Light strength finish, highly accessible, wheathy and peppery, yeasty and citrusy, with floral spices. The barnyard feel is at minimal, got a thick maillard effect that I don't like for the style. Still highly fresh, the alcohol is pretty well hidden and quite treacherous. It's an easy and enjoyable Saison, delicate but lacks a bit of complexity. Overall good quality craft.
