Poured on tap at the brewery into a sampler glass. From notes.
Golden brass body with an absolutely sparkling crystal clear appearance with slight tan colored edges. Small white collar on top is presented.
Nose has a mild aroma, with some small dough like malts but that's about it.
Palate is very clean with mild malt crispness and lots of white bread crust. Chewy sense possibly wheat? with a nice herbal green chewy leaf sensation, this very large soft palate which compliments herbal hop and malt character chewiness real nicely.
Overall a real pleasant Helles, they do these well here.
