I had two pints of this from a stainless steel growler purchased from the brewpub in Lihue, Kauai; poured into a regular water glass (no Belgian beer glasses in the vacation rental!).
While I've been moving away from IPAs, I found this one particularly unique. It's also the first honey IPA I've had. It has an amazing bouquet full of complex tropical fruit, with a subdued sweetness from the honey that is not at all cloying.
It poured clear and bright, with a nice head that fell rather quickly. It goes down smooth in the hot tropical climate of Hawaii.
