Thrilled to add and review this clean German Pils at the brewer, a fun-packed pub, with food trucks on Thu.
a) Clear clean golden body throws a creamy lasting white head.
s) Lemony, clean, crisp - goes up against any Pils in a taste off because so fresh here. Island fresh.
t) Likewise the flavor packs bursts of lemony and clean malt with bright, shiny hops.
f) Clean.
o) Would be good to blind taste off any Pilsner.
