Thrilled to add and review this APA (my fave style) from this lovely fresh, farm-to-table brewer on Kauai (at the brewery in Lihue.) Pours ample sampler - must try. fun place. Triple IPA was the finest in a lovely 6 beer sampler.
a) Stickage, lace of a white head over an amber, clear body.
s) Hop bomb, but inviting, Steeped HOPS, big dark tea.
t) Myriad hop flavors, large IBU and ABV, but neither a palate or a home wrecker, Very lovely and needs to be tasted blind against all hop bombs.
f) Slick, sticky, but fresh and refreshing like large surf.
o) My favorite and world class triple IPA.
