Marc Ebel has put out a massive brew here whch is working well on this cold winter afternoon. Purchased at Krugel's which might one of the few places to get this beer, it poured nicely out of the cork and capped 750. There wasn't much of a head whch quickly disappeard. There is a different kind of aroma, not the usual toasty burnt malts one would expect. The flavor is very steady with a slght alcohol tang in the finish. The conditioning and overall mouthfeel is very good. I'd like to get up there and vsit some time. Marc has taphandles all over Conyngham and seems to be rocking out for a relatvely new brewery. Great job !
