Colour is Irish Red with decent lasting head and medium carbonation. It smells of cereals, salty toffee and roasted nuts / wheat. The taste is a deep caramelized wheat followed by sumptuous lasting barley. Good notes of cereals and underlying hints of dry bitter toasts.

Bottle: Poured a clear copper color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light grainy malt notes is OK. Taste is mostly notes of dry cereal with very light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with medium carbonation. Not bad and good drinkability overall.
