Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a nice large off-white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light toffee and some residual sugar notes is enticing. Taste is a good mix of caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes and light toffee notes also noticeable. Body si about average with good carbonation with no real apparent alcohol notes. Easy drinking English style barley wine with right amount of complexity.
