A sure-fire way to cure the fever... so get out of the cabin, lose the lodge, get off the island and venture out into civilization for a taste of freedom. Cabin Fever Pre-Prohibition Cream Ale is almost the perfect beer to be brewed around here. Traditionally a cream ale must be Kräusened (hey - we do that!) and brewed with soft water (yup - we’ve got that!). An ale version of the American lager style, this beer is easy drinking, light & crisp with a medium body. A beer sure to cure.

Pours a clear lighter golden color. 1 finger fluffy white head. Retention is good. Nice ring of lacing on the glass.
The nose is minimal. Slightly creamy aroma.
Taste - slightly creamy, slight hint of hops. Otherwise somewhat bland.
Mouthfeel is ok. A bit crisp feeling.
It's ok, but doesn't really wow me.
