16oz can. Date stamp on bottom reads 'CANNED ON 12/03/20'.
Partly cloudy, medium amber colored body. Two fingers of off white head. Wide rings of lacing.
Aroma of toffee malt and light floral hops.
Taste really has the flavor of honey malt, with added toffee. Floral hops. Has a detectable level of bitterness, but this works with the sweetness. Touch of mineral late in the profile. Malts in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel. Some bite on the tongue. Very good carbonation.
Not overly sweet and this mixes well with the bitterness.

L-Pours a nice burnt orange/copper color with perfect head...
S-Aroma is a bit spicy/earthy...toffee malt...a bit of citrus as well
T-Drinks more like an ESB ...more English style than American although I popped it in as an American Pale Ale since the can said "Honey pale Ale".....toffee,..caramel...earthy....a bit of a mineral flavor to it....a little bit of arm pit BO...not sure what the honey adds but certainly nothing sugary sweet...
F-Medium bodied...perfect carbonation...nothing off...
O=Solid beer.....interesting enough....I get mostly ESB/English Ale notes but there are some whiffs of citrus to it...maybe a bit of a hybrid......I'd drink it again...not sure if I would buy it...nothing wrong with it...

Poured from a pint can into a Nonic.
Pours light amber. Limited head but lingers well. Outstanding lacing.
Lightly resined hop notes melt with fairly present honey aromas.
The brew is simple but very flavorful, providing plenty of resiny hop profile without tipping over the APA/IPA line. The honey notes are both sweet and bitter at the same time. Mild fruity flavors too.
Very well carbonated and drying at the finish. Very drinkable.
My favorite brew by this brewer so far. It's a really nice APA that feels like spring.
