Can labeled 5% abv.....poured a pale lightly hazed straw color with a massive meringue white cap that lasts....aromas of fresh bread, spicy hops and light earthiness...sharp spicy character, peppery mouth feel....flavor has a rich dose of biscuit malts in front that instantly gets balanced out with some spicy bittering hops...clean dry increasingly bitter finish.....good take on a czech pils biscuit malts and a hoppy bite....hoppy, quenching, decent Pilsner.

Paper Maker is an apt name for a beer from Kenora. Poured form a 2 day old growler into a sleeve.
A claimed SRM of 4 is clearly off as this is a nice crystal clear golden sunset beer with a light white head that gives a hint of lacing. Nose is sweet maltiness with a hint of herbal hops. Light bitterness in the body is overpowered by the sweetness. Not much of a pilsner, though not an offensive beer...
