New 2017 version using different yeast. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has sourdough and some lemon notes. Taste has citrusy hops with clean malt in the background and some rustic yeast flavors. Nice hop bitterness on the finish, lingers dry on the aftertaste. Light to medium body with just the right amount of carbonation. Overall it’s a legit, rustic kellerbier.
