The ale as big as the Belgian draft horse it’s named after! Big Willie is brewed with a yeast strain from the Achouffe Brewery in the Ardennes region of Belgium. The yeast is know for producing fruity ales, with distinct bubblegum and clove flavors. Big Willie is medium bodied, lightly hopped, and quite drinkable for a big beer.

6/24/17 Draft at PreFunk. Grainy , herbal notes, half Saison, half tripel. Mildly hazy with soft head, streaky lacing. Kind of sweet, floral. Right in the middle.
