Collaboration with Oakshire Brewing built to celebrate the work of Steve Parkes, instructor at American Brewers Guild. A Vermont-style beer, Parkes and Wreck is brewed with British pale malt, malted wheat, Barbarian ale yeast and a ton of hops. Low bitterness but BIG hop flavor.
Malts: TFS Pearl, NW Malted Wheat and Weyermann CaraFoam
Hops: Chinook, Lemon Drop, Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo and Simcoe
