FIRST of all: Beer Advocate - to classify this as a Pale Euro Lager is just plain Wrong. Lumping it with crap such as Stella and Carlsberg is silly.
A well-made ‘fest’ variety.
Canned just 1 month ago…appreciate the clear “packaged on” date.
Smooth malt profile, very well melded with the complimentary hops.
Just a fine early fall experience.
Readily available and popularly priced.

Look: Pours looking like a Festbier – golden and clear with a silky white head that settles to a lid, leaving webs of lacing behind
Aroma: Raw bread dough, floral hops, freshly baked bread, lightly toasted bread, and pilsner malt
Taste: Opens up with a nice full hit of warmed and baking bread that lingers for a moment before the floral hops enter the frame. True jasmine, Halls’ honeysuckle, rock daphne, and spirea all in play as layers upon layers of bready malt continue to pile on through the close
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean and crisp on the finish while still being lightly soft
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty and well-made Festbier and one I’ve been wanting to try for a couple years so glad it lived up to my hype. I dig what these folks do across the board and this is yet another example of why I’ll try anything they make as they seem to be proficient across a vast amount of styles in my book

Light gold look. Faint, very lightly spiced, lightly toasted malt aroma. Even with a little bite at first blush, the mouthfeel has a bit of creaminess. The taste is made up of spiced, herbal, with lightly toasted malt, and the sharp note, lasts to the finish.
