This new school IPA is a homage to our brewing homies in the Austin area. These guys are known for making over-the-top IPAs that are dry, moderately hazy, and intensely hoppy. Our interpretation is equally bold, featuring notes of tangerine, apricot, passionfruit, and coconut.

Look: Hazy bright, almost glowing yellow with a little orange tint and my pour kicks off a nice-looking pure white head that settles to a lid, leaving a profuse graffiti of lacing behind
Aroma: Ripe peaches, raspberries, pink pomelo, Cara cara oranges, light blueberry, wafts of coconut, Cannabis, passionfruit, pine, apricot, and sweet bready malt
Taste: Kicks off with a strong note of both peaches, coconut, and mixed citrus fruits that seem to come at you from multiple angles and developing a ton of depth as it does. Soon after, nice tropical fruit and berry notes filter in as dank and pine peek in from time to time, adding to the smorgasbord of flavor that is seemingly endless. Closes as it started, with peach, coconut, and citrus along with a light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and a kiss of dryness on the finish with zero astringency
Overall: This is ridiculously good stuff. Another Sunriver Haze Factory winner and another one that brings a very unique and tasty mix of flavors/aromas to the table as these seemingly all do. I swear these folks could turn me into a full-blown hazy fanboy if I let them as all the ones I have tried, including this one (thanks Dad) are right up my alley for what I hope for in the style. Delicious and recommended – even to the non-haze-bros out there

Pint at Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$7.
Pours a hazy bright yellow, with a small white head. Fantastic lace.
Tropical fruit hop aromas. Mango, kiwi fruit and apricot.
Taste is balanced. The fruit with some more bitter hopping. Works well.
Mouth feel is nice. Very smooth but not too sweet.
A nice enough hazy.
