This bold IPA showcases the crown jewel of the hop world, New Zealand’s finest, Nelson Sauvin. Perhaps the world’s most sought-after hop, this beer utilizes three unique lots of Nelson Sauvin. When combined with our hand selected Chinook hops, they produce exotic flavors of sauvignon blanc grapes, crushed gooseberries, and ruby red grapefruit.

Look: Slightly opaque medium orange with a silky and fast-forming head that settles to a pillow, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Blueberries, white table grapes, strawberries, wafts of Cannabis, a little melon, pine, and sweet bready malt
Taste: Starts out with a boatload of grape notes – white table grapes, white grape juice, and grape aromatics all in play. Melon and berries come in to move the train along and soon followed and consumed by fruity and diesel-like Cannabis terpenes and some pine, which hold through the close along with a nice, hefty bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and medium dryness on the finish
Overall: We have another winner here. Sunriver continues to impress with their hoppy offerings and I find Nelson Sauvin a very interesting hop so not surprised I liked this. A tasty and well-made WCIPA with a lot of grape and dank notes in play that all come together and showcases quite well in this libation. Recommended
