Crosby Hop Farm grows outstanding hops and this IPA is loaded with them. Classic Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo® create a depth of citrus character – candied grapefruit, peppered tangerine, and lemon zest. A big Strata addition brings bold, new school hop character. The brew finishes appropriately bitter, with notes of evergreen and cannabis.

Look: A nearly clear pure orange in color with a nice-looking head that retains pretty well before settling to a lid, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Tangerine, grapefruit, mango, strawberries, some pine, a little melon, Cara cara orange, blueberries, and some malt deep down in there too
Taste: A huge rush of mixed citrus fruit jump starts this ride and immediately followed by a wave of sappy, conifer goodness that includes pine sap, pine needles, and fir needles. Berries work in a bit and malt is present but struggles against the hop onslaught and closes with a big-time bite
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, and a nice dryness that accompanies the bite on the finish
Overall: This is awesome and delicious. I love what these folks do with hops and always have felt they are in the top tier/top 10 hoppy brewers in the state so was pumped when I was gifted a new IPA and a WCIPA at that. A tasty one that is well-made and tastes new-school, flavor-wise but with an old-school-like big hop bite. Definitely recommended if you see it

Pint at Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$7.00.
Pours a nice light orange, slightly cold hazed body. Small frothy off white head. Glorious lace.
Aromas of light citrus and floral hops.
Taste citrus, mango, strawberry and a wee bit of dank in the end.
Nice medium , well carbonated mouth feel.
Very nice WC style IPA.
