This is another high quality craft-creation that brings to mind another Central Oregon brewery's 'tie-in' to classic cocktails [Deschutes Old-Fashioned}.
This brew from Sunriver shows just what can be accomplished when breweries get creative. It has a wonderful malt backbone along with a boozy finish and a mouthfeel that is awesome.
Somewhat sweet but definitely no cloying.
It drinks like a boozy old ale. Interesting - and, in fact, the anti-thesis of 'boring'. Kudos to Sunriver!
