2023 Centennial version.
Whoa. The dank Mosaic, catty Amarillo are really good when paired with the deeply citrusy fresh Centennial. The hop bill elevates the marmalade, citrusy, pine heavy Centennial fresh hop notes. The dankness and fresh hop combination is just magnificent. Just go get some.

Look: Nearly clear burnt orange with a frothy white head that quickly builds, holds, and slowly relents, leaving sticky lacing behind
Aroma: Succulent warmed rose flowers, limes, wafts of honeysuckle flowers, cut lemons, freshly cut grass, and some bready malt
Taste: Follows the nose well but exponentially amplified as rose petals/flowers, grass, and a bouquet of flowers come on strong to start. Lemon-lime notes follow and interplay nicely for a bit until raw, pithy hop cones take hold for the close along with a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and moderately dry on the finish
Overall: This is delicious. I love what these folks do with hops, including fresh hops, and dig the regular version of this beer as well so was pumped that my dad hooked me up with the fresh hop version. Even at over two weeks old, this still has plenty of Centennial fresh hop character and I like that it leans more rose-centric, as that aroma/flavor profile is one I particularly enjoy from Centennial hops.
