Look: Clear golden yellow with an erupting white head that swells to the rim of the glass, holds, and slowly settles, leaving webs of lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Whoa. Fresh Cannabis flowers, pine, juicy tangelo flesh, pink grapefruit, mixed berries led by blueberries, sweet onion, and a little malt comes through as well
Taste: Rich and juicy citrus fruits and zest come on strong along with some oniony notes and these start to meld well as weed, pine, and some berries follow close behind. Pine and Cannabis are dominant in the middle and closes with onion and citrus
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, and minimal dryness on the finish
Overall: This is one delicious beer. Thanks to my dad for this gem and even though I haven’t looked it up yet, I’m saying this used Simcoe as the wet hop addition as this year’s Simcoe is hitting strong with onion and dank and this beer is chock full of both. A really tasty and well-made fresh hop beer from a brewer I respect and enjoy and glad to have had the opportunity to try it. Highly recommended

16 0z can purchased from Westside Taphouse in Salem OR.
$15 a 4 pack.
Dated 9/14/22
Pours a clear golden coloured body with a small off-white head. That goes fast but leaves copious lace down the glass.
Strong floral and citrus hop aromas. Not really in your face, but good.
Taste is quite bitter in the end, but it's a really pleasing soft focus bitterness. Getting orange peel, lemon zest and some papaya for some reason. Lighter malts coming through too. very well put together.
Lovely smooth yet well carbonated mouth feel. No stickiness.
Really lovely understated and well-constructed Fresh HOP.

16oz can (dated 9/14/22) poured into 16oz Willi Becher. Poured a lightly hazy honey-gold color with a half-inch of white head that good retention and lacing.
The aroma was a nice blend of floral and lightly citrusy hops, on top of a soft grain base.
Fairly similar on the tongue, the hops were forward and dominant, but not overpowering.
The body was just on the full side of medium, smooth, and was a touch creamy.
Drinkability was good, I could see draining a few of these.
Overall, a pretty nice brew. worth trying if you see it.
