Look: Opaque dark orange in the glass and on the pour, which kicks off a frothy off-white head that slowly settles to a lid, leaving webs of lacing clung to the glass
Aroma: Cara cara orange, gooseberries, raspberries, ruby-red grapefruit, some pineapple, lemons, and bready malt
Taste: Citrus fruits come together on the initial hit and come out swinging as waves of berries crash in behind and join the mix. Pineapple gathers steam in the middle, along with lemons, and shine briefly before citrus and berries return for the close, along with a light bite
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and a touch of dryness on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty WCIPA with a unique flavor/aroma profile that I enjoyed with citrus, berries, and subtle tropical fruit and all in a familiar SR IPA mold with the feel, bite, and light dryness. A fun and tasty treat that was a gift from my dad and definitely one I would order/buy again

Pint at the Westside Taphouse in West Salem Oregon.
$6.00
Darker gold color. Small off white head. Good lace.
Aromas are of light orange citrus, spruce tips and a wee bit o weed!
Taste similar, mandarin, spruce and dank.
Nice well carbonated mouth feel.
A lovely take on an Oregon IPA
